Notes:
1. A security deposit equivalent to one months rent will be charged
2. 1st and 2nd year discounts only available to non-trading start-up companies
3. Maximum 18 months rental available for workstations
4. Workstations comprise:
- Pedestal desk and office chair
- PC with wireless internet connection
- Telephone and line rental

Telephone line rental: £15 pcm per line
Outgoing telephone calls: charged at BT rates
Boardroom hire: £25 per half day (3.5 hours)
